As a co-engineer with a large R&D-department we are specialized in optimizing the metal precision part for your application in the medical industry. With two cutting edge manufacturing technologies, electroforming and photo-etching, we produce medical precision metal parts. The medical metal parts can be produced with 2-micron holes and tolerances up to ± 0.5 micron. This precision can be of great advantage for medical devices. Examples are micro filters, spray nozzle plates (nebulizers), regulator discs, blood analysis mesh, hearing aid baffles and light stops for endoscopes. Most of the projects are carried out with a non-disclosure contract. To smooth the process of medical approval, Stork Veco uses the same process technologies for the production of medical prototypes as well as for volume quantities.
